  5. CHECK THE DEVICE MEMORY IS NOT AT CAPACITY.

  6. TURN OFF VPN IF YOU HAVE ONE.

  7. IF YOU HAVE AN ANDROID PHONE PLEASE GO TO APP SETTINGS > WIRETAPPER > CLEAR CACHE
